YBFIT is a program designed to enhance your athlete's training in-season or off-season. Personal Trainers & Soccer Trainers will develop sport specific movements and soccer skills in a fun, positive environment to take your athelete to the next level.
Athletic Training includes Core Conditioning, Agility & Explosive Movements, Body Stregthening & Flexibility, and Kinesis.
Soccer Training includes Legendary 1v1 Moves, Advanced Foot Skills, Ball Control, Touch, and Shooting.
